General conditions of sale

Contract.

The contractual information is presented in Spanish. Said contractual information will be available to the user at any time through the LAUDA MÚSICA website.

Warranty.

Guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that comply with the contract, being liable to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, replace it, reduce the price or terminate the contract.

Modification of the general conditions of sale.

LAUDA MÚSICA reserves the right to make changes to its website, its policies, and these General Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of sale in force at the time you use the Website or place an order through it, unless, by law or by request of public authorities, a change must be made to said policies or these General Conditions (in which case, they would apply to orders you have previously placed). If any of these General Conditions is invalid, void or inapplicable for any reason, said condition will be excluded and will not affect the validity or applicability of the rest of the conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

For any interpretative or litigious issues that may arise, Spanish legislation will apply.

Todos los precios, tanto de los artículos como de los gastos de envío, incluyen IVA.

Shopping cart.

Once you have found the desired item, you must include it in the basket or shopping cart. It is simply a virtual basket that will contain all the items you add and that you can view at any time during the time you are browsing the store. Consulting the basket will also help you keep track of the price of the chosen items plus shipping costs, that is, the total price. Shipping costs will be calculated when you register since the system must know the country and/or province of destination to be able to calculate them.

Purchase of the items.

When you have included all the desired items in the cart, you must click on “View cart” (in the top menu), and continue the purchasing process. You must enter your contact information (email, first and last name, and shipping address).

The payment process is carried out through the secure PAYPAL system, with which you can also pay by bank card, or directly through your PAYPAL account.

With the aim of streamlining the purchase process and better delivery service, LAUDA MÚSICA does not offer the Cash on Delivery payment method. Deliveries are not made to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs will appear in small sizes, calculated automatically, when you consult the shopping cart once you have registered your data. This information will always be available before making the final purchase. In addition, after it is done, you will receive an email where the total price of the items plus shipping costs will be reflected again.

Remember that by consulting the shopping cart, once you have registered, you will be able to view the shipping costs of your order calculated automatically.

Rights of withdrawal.

Los clientes residentes en la Unión Europea tienen garantizado por ley el derecho a desistir del contrato de compra de un producto durante los siete primeros días laborables tras la entrega del producto. Este derecho no es aplicable a compras de vídeos, DVD, audio, videojuegos, y productos de software cuyos precintos hayan sido abiertos.

Devoluciones y cambios.

Changes or returns will be accepted in the following cases:

-If the requested product does not satisfy you:
We will refund the amount of the product but not the shipping costs paid for the order. Returns are not accepted on unsealed items in the case of Records, CDs and DVDs.

-Defective product of origin or that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order:
The client may choose to:
-refund of the amount: LAUDA MÚSICA will pay the amount of the product and the return costs.
-exchange for the same reference or for another of a higher amount: LAUDA MÚSICA will assume the costs of the return and the new shipment.

-Purchase returned due to an error in the address or due to non-receipt by the recipient, once the collection period stipulated by the post office has elapsed:
We will refund the amount of the product but not the shipping costs paid for the order. In the case of requesting a reshipment of the purchase, the customer must pay the costs of the new shipment and the surcharge that, if applicable, the transport has charged us for the return of the shipment.

Return conditions:

-Before making an exchange or return, you must contact us in advance by email info@laudamusica.com or by phone (34) 910 424 015 to receive the appropriate instructions. 
-Sólo se admitirán devoluciones de artículos adquiridos en LAUDA MÚSICA.
-No se admiten devoluciones de Discos, CDs y DVDs si no conservan intacto el precinto de origen, salvo en los casos en que el producto esté defectuoso.
-The amount will not be refunded or the merchandise will be resend until we verify the receipt and condition of the returned products. The item to be returned must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage during its return.
-Shipping costs will only be refunded when the product is defective or does not correspond to the item requested by the customer.
-The refund will be made through bank transfer.
