The first music reviews of Carlos Patiño's CD dedicated to works in Spanish have arrived
In April, the first reviews of the CD Carlos Patiño: Música vocal en castellano (LAU023) have been published, following the review of Musik an sich in February.

Albert Recasens, distinguished by the Regional Government of Madrid with the XXI Culture Award for Classical Music
The Community of Madrid has awarded the XXI Culture Prize in the Classical Music category to Albert Recasens, conductor of La Grande Chapelle. With this award, the jury has highlighted "Recasens' contribution to the dissemination and knowledge of the historical musical heritage".
The Community of Madrid Culture Awards recognise the career and work of intellectuals and artists whose work has had a significant impact on the socio-cultural reality of the region. The awards, which have thirteen categories, are honorary and are given through the Regional Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport. Among the winners of the 21st edition are the actress Concha Velasco (Cinematographic and Audiovisual Arts), Andrés Trapiello (Literature), José Luis Alonso de Santos (Theatre) and Ana Locking (Fashion).
The President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, will be in charge of presenting the awards on Thursday 16 March at the Real Casa de Correos, together with the Regional Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sport, Marta Rivera de la Cruz.

Webinar de presentación del CD Carlos Patiño 17 de enero de 2023 (UNAV + retransmitido Zoom)
Una nueva edición discográfica de Carlos Patiño saca a la luz obras inéditas en castellano del célebre compositor barroco. Este álbum reúne piezas en pequeño formato (cuatro voces) caracterizadas por la riqueza rítmica y la íntima relación con el texto poético. Un documento fundamental para ahondar en la obra de Patiño y acercarnos a la música menos conocida del Siglo de Oro hispánico.

Sigue el goteo de críticas elogiosas al CD de Baquedano (LAU022)
En este mes de noviembre se han publicado las primeras críticas del CD de Baquedano en Francia. Se trata de dos medios importantes: el prestigioso magazine Diapason y el magazine digital ResMusica, la web francesa de difusión musical más consultada:
